Ajay Dhingra

President and Director

Ajay Dhingra brings over 38 years of experience in business technology, operations, and institutional finance across Canadian, U.S., and global markets. He held senior leadership roles at Xerox Corporation and was a founding member of the team that established Xerox Financial Services Canada, the financing arm supporting Xerox channel partners.

As an entrepreneur and operator, Ajay acquired Toronto’s two largest Xerox agencies in 2014 and 2018, expanding their capabilities into a full-service technology solutions providor managing enterprise IT environments. As Chairman of Hub Technologies Group Inc., he has earned multiple industry awards for delivering value-driven solutions grounded in operational discipline and customer accountability.

In addition to his operating background, Ajay has built and managed a diversified real estate investment portfolio and has served on advisory councils for AI-driven companies. His experience across credit, operations, and asset-backed decision-making informs Drive Solar’s focus on disciplined lending and capital protection.

Ann Yu

Director and Chief Risk Officer

Ann Yu is a finance and strategy executive with extensive experience in enterprise risk governance, operational performance, and organizational transformation. She previously served as Chief Risk Officer at Xerox Canada, where she led enterprise-wide initiatives to strengthen governance frameworks, enhance decision-making, and improve operational discipline.

Her career includes senior roles at Scotiabank, CIT Group, and Xerox, spanning finance, operations, and corporate strategy. As Founder of Yu Consulting Group, Ann provides executive-level financial and operational leadership, serving as a fractional CFO, VP Finance, and strategic advisor to growth-oriented companies.

A certified Lean Six Sigma professional, she applies a data-driven, process-focused approach to risk management and efficiency. Ann is also a Professor teaching post-graduate business and human resources strategy at York University and Seneca College.

Rick Bhim

Director and Finance Advisor

Andra Enescu

Director and Capital Markets Advisor

Andra Enescu is a seasoned executive specializing in corporate structuring, capital markets advisory, and public and private financing transactions across global markets. She began her career as a securities lawyer at Cassels Brock and Blackwell LLP, where she advised public and private companies, institutional investors, and investment dealers on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border structuring, regulatory compliance, and growth capital initiatives.

Throughout her career, Andra has guided companies from early formation through to public listings, bringing legal precision, strategic oversight, and execution discipline to complex transactions. Her experience spans finance, fintech, clean energy, infrastructure, and emerging asset classes.

In recent years, her work has expanded to include real-world asset securitization and Web3-adjacent structures, with a continued focus on governance and regulatory alignment. She also serves in philanthropic and advisory capacities with private and publicly listed organizations.
